Guilherme Q. Oliveira, founder and CEO of GQO Freight Solutions LLC (broker) and GQO Logistics LLC (carrier), who has a decade of experience in the transportation industry is responsible for all the administrative requirements for the company. The CEO always personally makes sure our customers, employees, and carriers are 100% satisfied with our service on a day-to-day basis.

The leader of our dispatcher team is Sergio Camarena who is responsible for hiring and training the experienced dispatchers who are currently working for us or wants to work with us in the future.

Sergio has 25 years of experience, driving cross country on multiple trips before GPS existed. He is a person who knows every single road in the United States and who knows the best route for our carriers. In 2012 he decided to retire from the road and start working as a dispatcher. Sergio has a total of 35 years of experience in the transport business, and he is a well-respected leader in our dispatcher team. No loads move forward without Sergio’s supervision.
